Tong Lei (Macau) background:

Tong Lei Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd., incorporated in Macau in April 1982, where the company was formerly known as Tong Lei Construction Co. and has started its business in the early 1978. Tong Lei Construction was focusing mainly for government road works and other private construction works in Macau. Tong Lei has grown over the years since and have diversify to facilitate business growth whereby the company was reorganized to a limited company and has divided its operation department into the following three divisions:

1. Administration Department  

2. Development & Investment Department  

3. Engineering & Construction division:

Foundation Works team :        involved in projects of piling, caisson and basement construction, soil investigation and improvement.;

Building Works team :            involved in projects of constructing super-structure and interior fitting outs projects

Civil Works team :                  involved in projects of road and sewer network construction, earth moving and land reclamation;

Tong Lei has been investing substantially in plant and equipment and is always trying to succeed in the works with as many its direct workers and own equipment as possible so as to accumulate experience in various kinds of works. This is where Tong Lei has set up its on Concrete Plant in Macau called “I Fong Concrete Co.Ltd”. Tong Lei has also diversify into the fields of investment and real estate trading through setting up company named “Golden land Development Co. Ltd.”

Tong Lei has ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standard certificate and is developing in the directions of upgrading its construction services and diversifying its investment and looking extensively for further development opportunities

Tong Lei currently developing to consolidate and grow the existing business to leverage our market leading position, with a particle focus on control expansion. Our investment management operation continues to grow domestically and internationally, with the aim of delivering consistent earnings and capital growth.

Tong Lei (Singapore) background

In the year of 2015, the top management team explored the idea of establishing a sub-branch of Tong Lei in Singapore. Being several visits to the country and exchanged ideas, the board of directors decided to form an individual base rather than a branch set-up in the country of Singapore. Tong Lei Engineering and Construction (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. was formed on December, 2015. The target of Tong Lei Singapore is to serve both Public and Private clients. During the year of exploring the potential building market in Singapore as well as quality assurance and necessary license requirement, Tong Lei Singapore granted an individual ISO certificates and BCA building license in 2016 and 2017. We believe our management team experience can cater the Singapore market needs.
